The Master Plan is the concept behind the site design and the starting point for every project. Riverfront analyzes the space and, taking into account the client’s needs and how the space will be used, creates an overall vision for the environment. Working with the area’s square footage, existing and future building footprints and the landscape’s natural elements, a conceptual design is created to bring functionality and artistry to the site.

With site documentation and client preferences compiled, a member of Riverfront’s design team will begin developing a detailed landscape design. Careful thought is put into every aspect of the design, taking into consideration existing conditions, exposure, drainage, lighting conditions, soil type and other environmental variables. When the design is completed it is presented to the client for review. Once approved, we can provide estimates for all portions of the design.
